Our theme for January 2020 is “Try Something New for the New Year.” You can try a type of cuisine you’ve never had before, a way of eating you’ve never tried before, a cooking technique you’ve never tried before, or you can come up with your own interpretation of the theme!
The Cooking Club starts on January 15th at 6:30 pm. (Snow date, January 22). Registration deadline is January 8. Get additional details by contacting the Library. First recipe book: “The Whole 30 Fast & Easy: 150 Simply Delicious Everyday Recipes” by Melissa Hartwig (books are available through inter-library loan).
