Fines and Charges
Videos/DVDs – $1.00 per day, maximum fine is $5.00 per item.
Other materials – $.10 per day, Maximum fine is $5.00.
Lost item charges will be at replacement cost.
Refunds will be made if lost item with receipt is returned within 30 days.
Library borrowers with outstanding fines or overdues will be prohibited from borrowing until overdues are returned and fines are paid. Fines owed to other libraries within the Upper Hudson Library System may be paid in Cohoes.
