Two more Qigong classes scheduled, 4/27, and 5/4

Join us Friday, April 27th at 10:30am a class in QiGong. This class, presented by Diana Wells, certified and licensed QiGong Healer and Teacher. Can’t make it this Friday? We have one more class scheduled on 5/4 as well. Keep an eye on this space for possible further scheduled classes.

Qigong “is a form of gentle exercise composed of movements that are repeated a number of times, often stretching the body, increasing fluid movement (blood, synovial and lymph) and building awareness of how the body moves through space.”
